the “Second International Congress of Environmental Science & Technology: ICEST’2018” will be organized by the Research Laboratory of Environmental Science and Technology with the collaboration of Euro-African Association for the Environment and the support of Carthage University, Tunis El-Manar University, Ecopark, CBBC, CERTE, CRTEn, CNRSM, ENSTAB  and several Tunisian and foreign partners.

ICEST’2018 is a multidisciplinary international congress on the “Green Economy and fight against Global Warming”. This is a particular interest to researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners in the fields related to the environment such as political orientation, scientific research, technological development, management, marketing, etc.

The main objective is on the one hand strengthening R&D capabilities and technological Innovation applied and, on the other hand, boosting academic and socioeconomic circles for better synergy and complementarity. ICEST’2018 will bring together researchers and engineers working on topics related to the environment and sustainable development regarding their progress.

The topics evoked by the ICEST’2018 will be divided into six separate workshops:

1. Energy
2. Biotechnology
3. Process Engineering
4. Water and wastewater treatment
5.   Life Cycle Assessment
6. PPP – Academic & Socio-economic Sectors

ICEST’2018 will consist of contributions in the form of plenary lectures, communications presented orally and / or by Posters in workshops and panels on current topics. In addition, there will be exhibitions of books, newspapers, facilities and other social events.

ICEST’2018 will be a very privileged place for exchanges between manufacturers and researchers: sharing experiences, developing strategies to meet the scientific, industrial and social challenges, of a rational and innovative future production.

ICEST’2018 will develop cross-functional issues around major challenges of tomorrow:

• Deep mutation of industrial production;
• The Integration of the industry with the territory;
• Science and methods: what innovations?

Through encouraging closer links between research and industry, and meetings between industrial, researchers and students in the field of processes, ICEST’2018 promises to be a landmark appointment for the year 2018.In fact, more than 200 participants are expected.

International experts from academic and socioeconomic worlds are going to present conferences in plenary lectures. You are also invited to organize a Mini Symposium (or organized session) with 6-8 authors.
